Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. The salesperson asked me to initial a piece of paper attached to the mattress I was going to buy. However, when it was delivered to my home, the paper was detached from the mattress, and I discovered from the manufacturer’s label that the mattress was made in 2022. I purchased this mattress in November 2024, just before Thanksgiving, for $2,300 plus sales tax. After an uncomfortable night’s sleep, I went back to the salesperson, but he refused to accept the return, despite having told me the mattress could be returned within 90 days. I feel deceived!

I bought a full bed-set with the box that bend-lifts the mattress at the head and feet. The manager could not have been more helpful; he listened to my concerns and pointed me to exactly what I had described that I had required. My old bed was in sorry shape; the new one was delivered and set up the next morning in just 10 minutes time. I am very pleased and so is my spine.

Between Aug-Sept 2023, we spent over $13,000 at Mancini's Sleepworld in Fremont. First, we bought some Calking sized matresses and bases. Then we bought some bedroom furniture - a bedframe, 2 sidetables and matching dresser. It took many months to finally receive the bedframe, sidetables & dresser. We were told that although we had chosen American red Oak, the wood was shipped to Vietnam for assembly and then sent back. The constant excuse was that the items were waiting at port. When we finally received the items, they had sent us a king bedframe instead of a Calking bedframe. So the mattresses didn't fit. They sent someone to replace the slats, but all they did was make the king bedframe more narrow, so that the bedframe is the narrow width of a Calking and the short length of the king. Our mattress and base are so squashed into this tiny bedframe, it is non-functiinal. I skim my knuckles every time I try to change the sheets. One of the slats underneath has now given way and broken from the strain. The biggest issue is that Mancini's simply don't care. We paid a lot of money and don't have a functional bedframe. I have called numerous times and am told they will get an update and call me back, they are with a customer and will call back etc. At some point, they stopped answering my calls when they saw my number pop up. So we went into the shop. They promised an update... Nothing. I called yesterday after several months of not contacting them (it is Feb 2025). I was promised a call back, as they were with a customer. I haven't heard back. $13,000 may not be a lot of money to them, but it is to us. To have given them that much and not received a properly sized bedframe is inexcusable. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. We have bought an all natural wool mattress and bedframes elsewhere without any problems.
