Delivery Information
Mancini’s Sleepworld delivers in our local area 7 days a week between the estimated hours of 8 A.M. and 10 P.M. Out of area deliveries must be booked in advance through the store in which the purchase was made.
To ensure prompt delivery to all customers, delivery times are organized by zip code. Note: We are unable to forecast delivery time at the time of sale. The evening prior to your delivery, you will receive a courtesy text and call from our delivery department giving you a 2 hour window of the time to expect delivery (this is an estimated time only, due to traffic, weather, etc., and can possibly change). Delivery date and times are not guaranteed. If you are unable to stay at home to wait during your delivery window, you may leave us a telephone number where you can be reached and we will call you ½ hour prior to delivery and meet you at your residence. In some areas VIP delivery option is available for an extra fee and you can select a two-hour window in advance.
Missed Deliveries
In the event that we arrive at your residence and no one is available to accept delivery, we will wait for 15 minutes, then leave a note on your door and proceed to the next delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the store and reschedule your delivery for another day. Rescheduled deliveries will result in a $49.95 delivery fee.
Balance Due
All invoices must be fully paid before delivery. Mancini’s Sleepworld cannot deliver with any remaining balance on the account.
Installation Preparations
An adult (18 years of age or older) MUST be present to sign for the merchandise even on threshold drop-offs. Secure all pets and have the area clean. Remove any obstructions that could be damaged or hinder your installation. If the pathway is not clear, we will not attempt delivery.
Set-Up
We will be happy to attach bedframes and headboards purchased from Mancini’s Sleepworld. We will not attach your newly purchased bedframes, from Mancini’s, to your existing headboard/footboard.
Take-Aways
We will move your old mattress to another room in the house or will take away free, on a piece for piece basis. We will also take away on a piece for piece and size for size basis: sofas, adjustable bases & furniture. We will not move any existing piece of furniture within the house.
Special Orders
Special orders require a 20% deposit. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. No refunds or store credits will be issued on Special Orders. See Refunds and Returns for more info. At the time of sale you will be quoted an “ETA” (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the merchandise ordered. We are not responsible for factory or transportation delays.
Layaways
Layaways require a 20% deposit. Layaways have no expiration date but require a minimum payment of 5% of the invoice total every 30 days. Layaways without payment every 30 days will be closed. “Treated”, “As Is” and “Floor Model” Mattresses are excluded from the Layaway Program. If your item becomes discontinued during the layaway process we will notify you to reselect or take delivery within the next few months.
Best Price Guarantee
At Mancini’s Sleepworld price is not an issue. Show us any local competitor’s advertisement on any Beautyrest, Sealy, Serta, Kingsdown, Aireloom and Kluft mattress within 120 days from date of delivery and we will beat that price by 10% (excluding MAP products). Price guarantee applies only to new merchandise from local stocking dealers.
365 or 120 Night Comfort Guarantee
You are eligible for a ONE-TIME exchange or a ONE-TIME full refund for your mattress set within 120 days of delivery. By purchasing our premium mattress protector you qualify for the 365-Night Comfort Guarantee and doubling of your mattress warranty. This includes a one-time exchange or one-time full refund for your mattress set within 365 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for the first 30 days. The mattress must have the law label attached and be free from damage, abuse, and stains. If you received any promotional items with your purchase, those items must be returned with the mattress set. If you wish to keep any promotional items, contact the store and pay for those items (current sale price); that amount will be deducted from the refund. If you select a mattress that is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference. The following items DO NOT qualify for our Money Back and Comfort Exchange Guarantees: Warranty Replacements, Damaged, Abused or Stained Mattresses, "As-ls" Mattresses, Treated Mattresses, Floor Models, Special Order Items, Furniture and Adjustable Bases. There is $99.95 processing fee to exchange or return your mattress. In addition, there will be a $99.95 service charge to all returns or a $49.95 service charge to any exchange. Customers outside the Mancini's Sleepworld regional delivery area are also responsible for shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges that qualify for our 120 and 365 Day Money Back and Comfort Change Guarantees. Foundation returns or exchanges will result in a $49.95 processing fee.
Refunds and Returns
All deliveries signed for are final with the exception of purchases that qualify for our 365 and 120-Day Mattress Money Back and Exchange Guarantees. There is no return or refunds on floor samples, as-is or treated products, adjustable bases, furniture, pillows, sheets or other accessories. Approved refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Mancini's Sleepworld. Cash or check refunds will receive a check from the Mancini's Sleepworld Corporate Office within 1O business days. Credit card refunds can be processed on the next business day your purchase is picked up or returned. Please call the store at which you made your purchase and provide them with your credit card information and they will process the refund for you. Your refund may take up to 1O business days to show on your credit card statement. Finance accounts will be refunded within 1O business days.
Mattress Care Instructions
Refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Card for specific instructions. Use an appropriate mattress protector at all times; a stain will void your manufacturer’s warranty, and our Money Back and Exchange Guarantee. Do not remove any law labels from your mattress or boxspring. All queen and king size mattresses require a bedframe with rigid feet in the CENTER of the slats or frame to support the boxsprings. Many bedframes do not meet the requirements for rigid center feet. If you are not sure about your bedframe meeting these minimum requirements, call your store for assistance. Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium bedding indicating the comfort layers are conforming to your body. This is not a manufacturer defect. To help equalize these impressions, rotate your new mattress every two weeks for the first three months and then once a month thereafter as part of the normal maintenance of the product. Consult the warranty card for more detailed information.
Mattress Recycling
Mancini's offers removal of old mattresses with purchase of a new mattress $299 or greater only. By California law, Mancini's Sleepworld must add an $16 recycling fee to the purchase of any mattress or box spring. This helps offset the cost a administering the California’s Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act program. Mancini's Sleepworld is unable to remove other mattresses or furniture from your home, or from other locations. If you have an old mattress you wish to recycle, you can find recycling centers at Byebyemattress.com. You will be charged an $16 fee to recycle your mattress.
Online Catalog
Accessories visible in photos (mattresses, pillows, shams, covers, sheets etc) are not included in purchase unless specified. Products are currently available for local Northern California delivery only. Some assembly required on all furniture products.
Typographic Errors
Due to the nature of Internet Communication, typographic and technological errors are bound to occur. Mancini's Sleepworld strives to provide accurate and timely information, however cannot be held responsible for these errors.
Privacy Policy
Mancini's Sleepworld honors their customer's privacy. We may collect customer data to improve our customers' online experience and to better communicate with our customers about products, services and promotions. We value our customers and know that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. In the processes of transferring data through our online store, however, we must collect information that is shared with our third-party vendors.
