Each mattress manufacturer offers a reasonable warranty. There are some minor differences. Our Mattress Specialists will be able to provide the information you need. Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. For Furniture products, please call the store you purchased from and speak with a representative there so they can direct you to the right manufacturer. If you purchased online, call 925-456-6400 and ask to speak with customer service.

Neal was fast, fair, and knowledgeable. I called in knowing exactly which mattress and base I wanted, but not the other accessories like pillows and sheets. He set me up with pricing for exactly what I asked for, and he helped me compare and choose the other things. I had a great experience and didn’t feel pressured or “sold to” at all. Would recommend working with Neal.

Neal Kassner: knight in shining armor
I spoke with Neal on the phone when first considering a new bed, and was immediately impressed by Neal's knowledge and empathy about mattresses. I doubt you could find a man more passionate and knowledgeable about mattresses and delivering an amazing customer service experience. I came into the store frankly not expecting to leave with one, but absolutely fell in love with the trestles plush bed by aireloom in the store. The bed was so amazing I would laugh when I laid down in it and with comfort guarantee + financing it was a no brainer.
Neal was there in 2 critical ways after the sale and exemplifies what excellence in sales and customer service represents. The first bed we got was unfortunately defective and collapsing in the middle after only 2 weeks. Thankfully Neal helped to secure the necessary approvals to try again. On the second try, we really tried everything to make it work with the bed, but ultimately our sleep quality was impacted, probably due to it being too soft. It was really not obvious that something so comfortable would result in such poor sleep. But Neal was there again, helping us to secure an extra month of time to experiment with it. We ultimately returned it but I am so grateful for Neal thru this whole process. Again, I doubt you could find a man more passionate and knowledgeable about mattresses and delivering an amazing customer service experience.
So while it didn't work out on this transaction, we will definitely be working with him again when we're looking for our next bed. And in the meantime we already purchased a murphy bed mattress through him that has been working out amazingly well!
Finaly note of beware for the delivery teams (not Neal!): if trying to return a bed, the pickup team will look meticulously with a flashlight to look for any minor imperfections as an excuse not to accept the return. It must be in "pristine" condition and the only way to achieve this is to use a mattress protector. Target has an amazing one and we liked it better than the ones Mancini's sells (less crinkly, and the small crinkles disappear fast)
