We had an AMAZING experience at Mancini’s, MOSTLY because of Devi, the sales associate! She was so kind, understanding, VERY educated, and really took the extra time to support our needs! We would give her a brief synopsis of what we liked and she already knew what we needed! She was beyond fantastic. She didn’t oversell, and was also so kind to our 8 year old son, gave him snacks and activities to do. Devi went over and beyond to help us! I'd purchased a number of mattresses & a sofabed from Mancini's over the years for my home & my Airbnb rentals. This time I needed a power lift recliner for a friend who had become disabled in order to help him stay safe in his home after a hospitalization. Brian helped me first thru online chat, then by phone, and I ended up buying the right product to meet my needs, and he was able to arrange for a next-day delivery-- on a Sunday, no less.
