We had a wonderful experience at this store, largely thanks to Avory. He was incredibly kind throughout our visit, helping us select a mattress within our budget and arranging next-day delivery. He was also knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs.
Additionally, Mancini's had a promotion that day, and we received a mattress cover as a gift. The delivery was on time, although they forgot to bring the cover. Thankfully, it was easy for us to pick it up from the store a few days later, since we live nearby.
As for the mattress and the cover, so far so good! It's what we wanted, it's a really good firm mattress.

I had a wonderful experience at the store on Geary. The manager helped me find the perfect mattress at a price I could afford, with an adjustable base that has a nightlight, a massage, and zero gravity setting that I love. And it has programmable settings for favorite positions.
Delivery was easy within a convenient 2-hour window. Everyone I dealt with took excellent care of me. Last night, I had a wonderful, deep sleep in my new bed.
I had checked with 2 other companies and Mancini’s was able to give me better quality for hundreds of dollars less than I would’ve paid elsewhere. I’m very grateful for that.

Fantastic Selection and Exceptional Service!

So I was in the market for a new mattress and shopping around. I went to places across the spectrum which I won’t name from high end to low end. This place turned out to be the best. The sales person I dealt with, Fidel, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been thinking of buying a discontinued and discounted Temper-Pedic mattress at a competitor. Fidel explained the difference between the current model they carried and the discontinued model and was able to offer me the current model at a price, that though higher than the competitor was offering for the discontinued model, was pretty close and the new mattress came with a warranty, the ability to try it out and return it if I didn’t like it, and some free credits I used for free new pillows. Great customer service, great products, 5 stars! Ask for Fidel!
