Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. Ross had made my bed purchasing the best experience! He was patient and gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision. He didn't pressure or rush us in any way. He made everything so easy with no nonsense and the best price. He's s also really funny! I was so happy with his customer service that I had to go buy pillows from him. I love my new bed and looking forward to my pillows.

Ross and Ben were extremely helpful in getting our order delivered. Mancini's honored the brand sale price on products we wanted and retroactively honored a price point of a bed we had previously ordered. They included complimentary items to round out our order when we added on four pillows to round out our purchase.

What a great place! They are true pros at Mancini. The greeted me at the door and Ross asked all the right questions. Importantly, he did not try to upsell me but was very straightforward with the pros and cons of each mattress. I went with a Temperpedic and feel totally confident about my decision. They don’t rush you - I practically napped on my tip two choices without feeling weird. And, they can work with whatever budget you have, keeping in mind your own health and sleep needs but also how long you expect a mattress should last. Financing was great - 36 months no interest, and Ross even suggested I put it on autopay to make sure there are no glitches, which is a very smart suggestion. Their 120 day return policy is awesome with money back or transfer to a replacement mattress with a tiny 3% restocking fee which is the lowest in the industry. Delivery, set up and haul away are very affordable and they recycle 93% of all the Matress and box spring materials.
I highly recommend this store and their sales team!

The second time I was ready to get a new mattress and Ross helped me find the right one and in my budget. Ross is knowledgeable, friendly, gave me plenty of time to decide after showing me the mattresses I was interested in.
